Employee Welfare and Sustainable Growth: Highlights at the LASUCO EMPLOYEE CONFERENCE 2024

On October 25, 2024, the LASUCO Group Labor Conference 2024/2025 took place successfully after half a day of focused and responsible work. Attendees included Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa, Permanent Vice President of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the Board of Directors, General Directors, Trade Union Executive Board, and 155 delegates representing over 700 employees.


During the conference, Mr. Le Van Quang, Permanent Deputy General Director, presented the summary and evaluation of the tasks completed in the 2023/2024 fiscal year and outlined the tasks for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
The 2023/2024 fiscal year was prosperous for the sugar industry and LASUCO, with all production and business targets being met and even exceeded. Labor productivity improved, and the average employee income rose to over 11,000,000 VND/month (a 17% increase compared to last year). Employee salary, bonuses, and welfare programs were revised and improved to benefit more employees.

The conference focused on solutions to improve production efficiency, increase labor productivity, save costs, and enhance product quality. The conference also aimed to ensure a balance between business success and employee welfare. There was unanimous agreement on the emulation targets set by the General Director.

Employee concerns were addressed and solutions proposed during the conference, with the Labor Agreement being updated and signed. Opinions from the Provincial Labor Federation and Board of Directors were shared and incorporated into the meeting.


The conference ended successfully, emphasizing solidarity, determination, and a commitment to overcoming challenges to ensure the completion of the 2024/2025 business plan.
