    How much is the shipping cost for one order?

    We need to know the order quantity, final destination port, sales market and delivery time to check the estimated shipping cost. The final shipping cost will be updated based on the actual shipping information of the order.

    What are the terms of payment?

    We accept payment by wire transfer (T/T) and letter of credit at sight (L/C at sight).

    What currency does Lasuco Group accept?

    We accept payments in USD and EUR.

    We use FOB, CIF, CFR (according to Incoterms 2020).

    How long is the delivery time?

    After receiving the deposit and confirming the design, the delivery time for the first order usually takes 25-35 working days. From the second order onwards, the delivery time is usually 20-25 working days. If you need faster delivery, please provide an order plan so that we can prepare in time.

    Can i choose a shipping company or do i have to use the one designed by Lasuco Group?

    You can absolutely use the logistics agents or carriers that you find most convenient, or choose our service.

    Where is Lasuco Group’s sugar cane juice shipped to?

    We ship to the US, Japan, France, Spain… All products are shipped from Lam Son, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam.

    20ft container: 21,000 kg 40ft container: maximum allowable gross weight is 26,000 kg note: this weight may vary depending on the port of destination and the domestic shipping regulations of each importing country.
